Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort

The hospitality exceeded my expectations right from arrival. My luggage was taken care of, and I found the room cozy with a fine ocean view from the balcony. The resort features two pools and a fantastic kids' water park. The diverse food options allowed for flexible dining without reservations, and room service was impressively quick, typically under 30 minutes. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place for relaxation, and the spa services were excellent.

Some areas had a musty odor, mentioned by fellow guests.

We really enjoyed staying here, the place met requirements. The staff was pleasant and good and made us feel comfortable. The deluxe family quadruple suite was reasonably spacious and had all that we needed. The hotel provided us with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe.

The hospitality was really good. Luggage handling was seamless. I also appreciated the beautiful ocean view from my balcony, which enhanced my overall experience. The pools are well-maintained, and the smaller pool was perfect for my son, providing hours of fun. The diverse dining options were excellent as well.

The kids' water park was a highlight, providing endless fun. Our room with a private pool was perfect for keeping the kids entertained while we relaxed. The quick room service added to our family-friendly experience.

In my children's opinion, there weren't enough activities for teens.

Had climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television in my king room. The hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. The venue location was favourable in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was not far from cancun, a la carte restaurants and Mexico.

The romantic dinner for two was a highlight. The service was on point and made it nice! The rooftop pool was a blissful escape, and the spa was a luxurious retreat after a long day. Loved being pampered with hydrotherapy and massages. An really good stay!

It was just a perfect match for a couple of nights in Cancun with excellent value for money. The bartenders at the lobby bar were super friendly and made my evenings enjoyable. Be prepared for a sales pitch at check-in and don't fall for the VIP package offers.

Great dining experiences with friendly staff

The bar staff really made our evenings nice with their friendly conversations. The location is fantastic. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process, as it felt a bit rushed and impersonal.

I had an amazing four-night stay. The views from my beautiful ocean view king room were amazing, and the staff were pretty good too make it special for our date night. I loved the quick room service and the tranquil beach area.

The buffet had great variety, and we loved dining at both the Asian restaurant and the Mediterranean grill. The bar staff were super friendly. Definitely a spot for both group vacations and family outings.
